If you placed your order on the Santa Planet web site, you can cancel it,
provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
The fastest way to cancel an order is to use this option! This will mark the
order that you want to cancel it.
If you send us an email it may take time for us to get to it and your order
may ship before we can stop it. Canceling the order online is the fastest way.
If you want to change an order you already placed, cancel your original order first and then place a new order for just the items you want.
there are some caveats. This is a "request to cancel" and the order can
not be canceled if it has already entered the shipping process. First,
check the order status and see if it has been shipped.
The order status
on the Santa Planet web site can be up to 2 hours behind. Your order may
have actually already shipped even if the order status does not show that
it has shipped. Once the order has entered the shipping process/shipped
it may not be canceled even though your request will be accepted at this time.
Refusing an order that has already shipped will incur a 20% restocking fee
and shipping charges are not refunded. Special orders and orders with a ship
code of "S" may not be canceled. Otherwise, if the order has not shipped,
there is no charge to cancel it.
